ITIL – Foundation Course in IT Management

The ITIL 4 Foundation course enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

This course is designed as either an introductory module for trainee assessors who wish to obtain their Learning an Development 9 qualification or for those who already hold the qualification and want a refresher as well as CPD points.

This unit will look at using IT tools and devices for collaborative working and communications, such as; web or video conferencing, instant messaging, online forums, social networking sites, wikis. This includes centralised depositories for documents and online work management tools.

This unit has been designed to help users navigate and thrive effectively on email marketing platforms. Learn insights on how to design email marketing campaigns from scratch, analyse your campaign data and understanding the importance of Call to Actions and implementing them into your campaign.


Principles of Marketing and Evaluation

In this unit you will learn how to decide on a marketing method and who to market to. You will also learn why it's important to evaluate your marketing activity and make sure it's meeting it's objectives.


IT System Security

IT Security is the practice of defending information from unauthorised access. In this training session, we will learn how to make our information as secure as possible.


Web Development

Understand the various Internet and Web architectures and technologies involved in producing websites. In this unit, you’ll learn about taking a site from design through to launching live.
